From the Family of Spc. Adam J. Rosema
We are
speechless as to the turn-out at Adam's funeral on Monday, March 26,
2007. Some came from thousands of miles; some came a few miles. ALL OF
YOU TOUCHED OUR HEARTS. Thank you so much for your support at this
difficult time.
It is our
intention to update this website with pictures and stories. If you have
anything to add, please email it to us by clicking here.
Adam was a
special man. He will certainly live on in all of us, in one way or
fashion. We are sure he approved of his service. It was amazing.
We
would love to personally thank each and every one who has shown support
through sympathy cards, phone calls, emails, and by coming to join us;
it is all very much appreciated.
Special
thanks go out to:
-
Our
families. We could not bear this pain without your continued
support.
-
Our
friends. Thank you for the hugs.
-
Our
pastors. Both Pastor Gebhart and Dr. Dickey went beyond the call
for Adam.
-
Our
U. S. Army. Master Sergeant Fears will always be in our hearts.
Thank you Brigadier General Hodge for traveling so far to honor our
son. Thank you Sergeant McDowell for bringing our boy home. Thank
you Honor Guard for carrying our son with such respect. Thank you
Sergeant Blalock and Sergeant McDowell for representing the 1st
Cavalry and Adam's home
base, Ft. Hood. TX. Thank you to the rest of the Army personnel who
attended. Thank you Lt. Col. Kirklin, Capt. Babington, and Capt. Bey
for providing services for Adam in Iraq. Thanks to all of the
Company E, 215th Brigade Support
Battalion, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry
Division

being Adam's friend.
-
Art
James for singing "I'll Fly Away" with so much emotion and
spirit.
-
Patriot Guard Riders. Wow. You folks didn't even know us nor
Adam, but you came with flags and honored our son. Your kindness
will not be forgotten. Thank you again.
May God
Bless all of You,
